Archimedes Strategic Advisory is led by Sarah Sherman, CFA. Sarah spent eighteen years in institutional credit, most recently as Director in Private Placements at MetLife Investment Management, where she originated, underwrote, structured, and closed investment grade private credit transactions. Before that she spent seven years at S&P Global Ratings as a primary analyst, evaluating how companies' numbers hold up under scrutiny.

Archimedes brings that standard to independent surgical and specialty dental practices. That means a reliable monthly close, clear cash flow visibility, and reporting a practice owner can actually use to decide on hiring, equipment, and payer strategy. It also means that when the practice needs to borrow, expand, or respond to an unsolicited offer, the numbers are already in the shape outside parties expect.

Sarah holds the CFA designation and an MBA from Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Management. Archimedes is based in Princeton, New Jersey.
